Short notice FI Seminar arranged for 23/24th February at FTL Elstree!
The course content covers all of the mandatory elements required for the revalidation/renewal of the FI(A) certificate, with a strong emphasis on safety, but also aims to take a fresh approach to the world of flight instruction by;

Generating discussion on the current effectiveness of training when reviewing safety trends

Challenge traditional philosophy to training where the evidence suggests we need to improve

Endeavour to progress thinking and knowledge beyond the traditional topics

Discuss the difference between "teaching" and "learning", have we got the balance right?
